1155.09 ACCESSORY BUILDINGS AND USES.

All accessory buildings and uses that are permitted in the underlying zoning district are permitted in the Perry Street Corridor Waterfront Overlay District. Any detached accessory building shall have on all sides, the same architectural features or be architecturally compatible with the principal building that it serves.
