The boundaries of the Perry Street Corridor Waterfront Overlay District are established and will be shown on the zoning map of the City of Port Clinton. A map depicting the boundaries of the Overlay district is included herein. The area includes all of the following property: the west boundary is the east right-of-way of Fulton Street including its imaginary extension to the waters of Lake Erie, the east boundary is the corporation limits of the City, the north boundary is the waters of Lake Erie, and the south boundary is the depth of the lots that actually front on Perry Street, up to a maximum of three hundred feet in depth from the south right-of-way line of Perry Street, where these lots exceed three hundred feet in depth.
