1155.02 CONFLICT BETWEEN OVERLAY DISTRICT AND UNDERLYING ZONING DISTRICT.

Where conflicts occur between the Perry Street Corridor Waterfront Overlay District requirements and those of the underlying zoning district, the Perry Street Corridor Waterfront Overlay District requirements shall apply and prevail.
