The City government, including its administrative officers, affirmative action and equal employment personnel, and the Advisory Board, are authorized to carry out the affirmative policy against discrimination and to disseminate it to all employees of the City. Specifically, this policy will be distributed to all current employees and will be given to new employees when they are hired.
