   A lot on which one of the following uses is located may not be smaller in area than the area prescribed as follows:

Cemetery or crematory	20 acres
Commercial greenhouse	25,000 square feet
Hospital	5 acres
Industrial park	15 acres
Child care center	110 square feet per child
Stadium, coliseum, etc.	5 acres
Professional Business District	7,200 square feet
