The third ward shall contain all that territory bounded on the west by the east boundary of Ward 2, on the north by the north corporation line, on the south by the south corporation line, and on the east by the following described line: commencing at the point of intersection of the centerline of Fulton Street extended to the north corporation line; thence south in the centerline of Fulton Street extended to the centerline of Second Street; thence east in the centerline of Second Street to its intersection with the centerline of Lincoln Drive; thence south in the centerline of Lincoln Drive extended to its intersection with the south corporation line; thence west in the south corporation line to the northeast corner of Anna Smith Sloan Subdivision, also being the east corporation line, thence south in the east corporation line to its intersection with the south corporation line.
