The first ward shall contain all that territory bounded on the north by the center line of the Portage River and bounded on the west by the corporation line, and bounded on the south by the corporation line, and bounded on the east by the following described line: commencing at the intersection of the south corporation line and the centerline of Ottawa Drive, thence north in the centerline of Ottawa Drive to the centerline of Sixth Street; thence west in the centerline of Sixth Street to the intersection of the centerline of Laurel Avenue; thence north in the centerline of Laurel Avenue extended to the intersection of the centerline of the Portage River.
