"Used for" includes "designed for" and vice versa; terms used in the present tense include the future tense; terms used in the singular number include the plural number and vice versa; "building" includes "structure"; "dwelling" includes "residence"; "lot" includes "plot"; "shall" is mandatory, and "may" is permissive.
