1101.02 ZONING INSPECTOR; APPOINTMENT AND DUTIES.

There is hereby created the office of the Zoning Inspector, who shall be appointed by the Mayor. The Zoning Inspector shall have all the powers and duties conferred upon him by the Zoning Ordinance and the laws of the State.
