933.07 TAMPERING WITH GRAVE MARKERS.
   No person shall, without lawful authority, remove or maliciously injure a tomb, monument, gravestone, gravemarker or other marker erected to perpetuate the memory of a soldier or sailor of the United States or other person, or a fence, railing or other work in or around a cemetery or burial place, or a tree, shrub, plant or other adornment therein, nor shall any person drive thereon for the purpose of plowing or cultivating such cemetery ground.
