933.05 FIREARMS.

The unlawful possession, use, or discharge of a firearm shall not be permitted in the cemeteries within the municipality, except in cases of a military funeral, Memorial Day, or other patriotic service when performed by an authorized firing squad. (ORC Section 2923.162) For purposes of this section firearm is defined as set forth in ORC Section 2923.11.
