(a) The hours for the use of the Lakeview Park shall be from one hour before sunrise to one hour after sunset of each day.
(b) The general public may use the park during the aforementioned hours but the park may not be used by any person during the hours from one hour after sunset to one hour before sunrise.
(c) The Director of Public Safety and Service is hereby authorized to post the hours at the park designating those hours which the park may be used and that all unauthorized persons shall be prosecuted as trespassers.
