931.03 CAMPING IN PARKS OR ON PUBLIC GROUNDS.
   No person shall camp or sleep overnight in the public parks, beaches or other public grounds within the City or erect tents or other shelters or structures or park trailers therein for the purpose of camping or sleeping.
