The owner or occupant of a property zoned residential may display for sale once in a six month period from his residential property, one of the following defined items, which item is owned by the owner or occupant of the property zoned residential or a resident of the owner or occupants immediate household:
(a) A motor vehicle.
(b) A motorized bicycle.
(c) A vehicle.
(d) A snowmobile.
(e) An all purpose vehicle
(f) A trailer.
(g) A recreational vehicle.
(h) A watercraft.
The displaying for sale of any one of the above set forth items may not exceed thirty continuous days.
