Such license or permit shall be for the calendar year in which it is issued, without any deduction or prorating of fee for any portion of such year which is past at the time of issuance. The license shall be revocable and shall state upon its face that it is revocable upon finding, after investigation by the Police Department, that the rights hereby granted have been abused by misconduct of the licensee or for any other good cause. Such revocation shall be without refund, and in such case, no further license shall be issued the licensee during the balance of the calendar year.
