6-2-7: EXPIRATION OF PERMIT:

An application for an encroachment permit, when approved by the city engineer and city clerk shall constitute the permit. The permit shall provide a time limit within which the work shall be commenced and a time limit within which the work shall be completed. (Ord. 4-36, 1-20-2004; 2008 Code)
