6-2-4: PERMIT FEES:
A permit fee shall be charged by the city for the issuance of an encroachment permit to pay for the cost of inspection of the work by the city. The fee shall be set by resolution of the city council and may be changed from time to time. (Ord. 4-36, 1-20-2004; 2008 Code)
