§ 10.10 EMPOWERMENT OF OTHER LAW ENFORCEMENT PERSONNEL.
   (A)   The term CITY POLICE shall apply in all instances to all other law enforcement officials, including state patrol officers and the County Sheriff and deputies.
   (B)   Whenever this code empowers the city police to take any action, such empowerment shall extend to and apply equally to any state patrol officers or the County Sheriff or deputies.
