§ 151.40 FLOODPLAIN OVERLAY ZONING DISTRICT ESTABLISHED.
   The mapped floodplain areas within the jurisdiction of this chapter are hereby established as the Floodplain Overlay District as identified in the Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) and accompanying map(s). Within this district, all uses not meeting the standards of this chapter and those standards of the underlying zoning district shall be prohibited.
