§ 150.073 BUILDING INSPECTOR DUTIES.
   The Building Inspector, Chief of Police, duly appointed health official, professional engineer or any other duly appointed designee of the City Council shall:
   (A)   Inspect any building or structure within the jurisdictional limits of the city for the purposes of determining whether any conditions exist which render it dangerous or unsafe, as defined in this subchapter;
   (B)   Report to the City Council the results of any such inspection; and
   (C)   Appear at all hearings and testify as to the condition of the unsafe or dangerous building or structure.
