§ 134.02 DISORDERLY HOUSES OR HOUSES OF PROSTITUTION.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to keep, operate or maintain, or to be an inmate of or visit, a house of prostitution or a disorderly house within this city.
   (B)   For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      DISORDERLY HOUSE. Any place kept in such a manner as to disturb, annoy or scandalize the public generally or persons within the particular neighborhood, or any place used as a public resort by drunkards, prostitutes or other idle or vicious persons, or any place of public resort where illegal practices are habitually carried on to the corruption of public morals.
      HOUSE OF PROSTITUTION. A house or other place which is kept, used or operated as a place for hire for prostitution purposes.
