(A) Anyone violating any of the terms and conditions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined in a sum not to exceed that permitted by state law for violation of a municipal ordinance. Each day’s maintenance of the same shall constitute a separate offense.

(B) Any violation of § 131.10 of this chapter shall constitute a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a warning for the first offense and a fine of $10 for the second offense. A third and any subsequent violation shall constitute a violation of § 131.10(C) and the parents of said child shall be held liable.
