§ 114.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code.
   (B)   Any and all persons violating any of the provisions of § 114.01 of this chapter for which a penalty is not therein provided shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in any sum not exceeding that permitted by state law for violation of a municipal ordinance.
