§ 111.99 PENALTY.
   Any and all persons violating any of the provisions of this chapter for which a penalty is not therein provided shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in any sum not exceeding that permitted by state law for violation of a municipal ordinance.
