§ 111.070 MAYOR OR CITY CLERK TO MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS TO LIQUOR CONTROL COMMISSION.
   Pursuant to the Liquor Control Act of this state, being Neb. RS 53-101 et seq., the Mayor or City Clerk are hereby appointed agents for the city for making recommendations to approve or deny the application for a special designated license to the state’s Liquor Control Commission. In making his or her recommendation, the Mayor or City Clerk shall consult with the Chief of Police and City Attorney and follow the guidelines established by state statutes and the ordinances of the city for the issuance of said license.
