§ 110.21 LOCAL AGENT TO PAY TAX; ACTION TO ENFORCE PAYMENT.
   It shall be the duty of the local agents of such companies to pay said tax for each company represented by them, and in default of the payment thereof at the time it is due, an action may be brought by said city against such company or its local agent, or both, for the collection of said tax.
