§ 94.046 EMERGENCY BAN.
   The Mayor, in the event of extreme drought conditions, shall the have the authority to make an emergency declaration banning the discharge of fireworks within the corporate limits of the city. The emergency declaration shall have the force of law and violations shall be punishable as provided generally in this municipal code.
