§ 94.043 PROHIBITED ACTS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge, fire, launch or throw any fireworks object which is lit to explode or which explodes upon contact with another object:
   (A)   From, into or onto any motor vehicle;
   (B)   Onto any street, highway or sidewalk;
   (C)   At or near any persons;
   (D)   Into or upon any building;
   (E)   Into or at any group of persons;
   (F)   At or upon the premises of another person; and
   (G)   During any pyrotechnics display especially authorized by resolution of the City Council; and, provided further, when said resolution permits the display to be held in the City Park, no lawfully permitted fireworks shall be exploded in the City Park during the time of the pyrotechnics display except by the personnel especially authorized by resolution of the City Council to do so.
