§ 94.005 PETROLEUM GAS.
   Any person using liquefied petroleum gas as a heat or energy source, or any person desiring to store or possess liquefied petroleum gas, shall do so only if such possession shall conform to the rules and regulations of the Liquid Petroleum Gas Association and the rules and regulations promulgated by the state’s Fire Marshal.
