§ 93.016 ANIMAL SHELTER.
   (A)   The animal shelter shall be safe, suitable and conveniently located for the impounding, keeping and destruction of dogs. Said shelter shall be sanitary, ventilated and lighted.

   (B)   The designated City Animal Shelter shall be at a location to be determined by the City Council.
