§ 51.055 FIRE HYDRANTS; OPENING OR INTERFERENCE.
   All hydrants for the purpose of extinguishing fires are hereby declared to be public hydrants, and it shall be unlawful for any person other than members of the Fire Department, under the orders of the Fire Chief or the Assistant Fire Chief, to open or attempt to open any of the hydrants and draw water from the same, or in any manner to interfere with the hydrants.
