§ 51.024 PROHIBITION OF LEAD PIPES, SOLDER AND FLUX.
   (A)   Any pipe, solder or flux used in the installation or repair of any residential or nonresidential facility which is connected to the public water supply system shall be lead-free.
   (B)   For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      LEAD-FREE.
         (a)   Solders and flux: not more than 0.2% lead; and
         (b)   Pipe and pipe fittings: not more than 8% lead.
