§ 36.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code.
   (B)   (1)   Any person who violates §§ 36.01 to 36.03 of this chapter shall be punished as provided generally in division (B)(2) below.
      (2)   Anyone violating any of the terms and conditions of division (B)(1) above shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined in a sum not to exceed that permitted by state law for violation of a municipal ordinance. Each day’s maintenance of the same shall constitute a separate offense.
