(A) The city shall enter into and be a party to the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between the City of Wisner, City of Wayne, Village of Winside and the Ponca Rural Fire District, hereby adopted by reference and enforceable as if herein set out in full.
(B) The Mayor is authorized to execute said interlocal cooperation agreement on behalf of the city.
(C) The City Administrator is appointed to represent the City of Ponca on a joint board that shall be responsible for the administration of this cooperative undertaking.
