In order to provide for a coordinated response to a disaster or emergency in this county, the city and other cities and villages in the county, the City Council deems it advisable and in the best interests of the community and the county to approve the Dixon County Local Emergency Operations Plan and accept the 2023 Local Emergency Operations Plan, hereby adopted by reference and enforceable as if set out herein in full.
