§ 35.16 MAKING PAYMENTS NOT LISTED IN BILL PRESENTATION.
   The city recognizes the need for the City Administrator/Clerk/Treasurer to make payments on budgeted items not listed in the most recent bill presentation, provided that all such bills are presented by or approved and are accounted for in the following bill presentation.
