The city shall be divided into two election wards as follows.
(A) First Ward (Ward I). The First Ward shall include all that part of the city lying southerly of a line commencing at the intersection of the centerline of North Ponca Street and the northerly limits; thence southerly along the centerline of North Ponca Street to West First Street; thence east-southeasterly along the centerline of West First Street to North Washington Street; thence north-northeasterly along the centerline of North Washington Street to West Bluff Street; thence east-southeasterly along the centerline of West Bluff Street to North Iowa Street; thence south-southwesterly along the centerline of North Iowa Street to West Second Street; thence east-southeasterly along the centerline of West Second Street; thence continuing on East Second Street after North Union Street (also State Spur 26E) to North East Street; thence south-southwesterly along the centerline of North East Street to East Third Street; thence east-southeasterly along the centerline of East Third Street to the easterly limits of the city.
(B) Second Ward (Ward II). The Second Ward shall include all that part of the city lying northerly of a line commencing at the intersection of the centerline of North Ponca Street and the northerly limits; thence southerly along the centerline of North Ponca Street to West First Street; thence east-southeasterly along the centerline of West First Street to North Washington Street; thence north-northeasterly along the centerline of North Washington Street to West Bluff Street; thence along the centerline of West Bluff Street to North Iowa Street; thence south-southwesterly along the east-southeasterly centerline of North Iowa Street to West Second Street; thence east-southeasterly along the centerline of West Second Street; thence continuing on East Second Street after North Union Street (also State Spur 26E) to North East Street; thence south-southwesterly along the centerline of North East Street to East Third Street; thence east-southeasterly along the centerline of East Third Street to the easterly limits of the city.
