3-3-1: AIRPORT DIVISION:
   A.   Division Established: There is hereby established an airport division in the municipal government of the city. (1980 Code § 4-16)
   B.   Airport Manager:
      1.   Division Head: The head of the airport division shall be entitled the airport manager. (1980 Code § 4-17)
      2.   Powers, Duties: The airport manager shall have the supervision and control of the city airport, and shall serve as staff liaison to the airport advisory committee. Such person shall have such other powers and duties as may be prescribed by this code or city ordinance. (1980 Code § 4-18)
