3-2-10: INVESTIGATIONS:
During the course of any investigation or hearing, the personnel board may request any employee of the city to attend to give witness. Any employee refusing to do so may be subject to disciplinary action as provided in the city's personnel policy and procedure manual. (1980 Code § 2-251)
