3-2-6: VACANCIES; REMOVALS:
   A.   Vacancies: Vacancies occurring otherwise than through the expiration of term shall be filled for the unexpired term in the same manner as the original appointments are made. (1980 Code § 2-246)
   B.   Removal From Office: Members appointed to the board may, after public hearing, be removed by the board of commissioners for inefficiency, neglect of duty or malfeasance in office. (1980 Code § 2-247)
