3-2-3: TERMS OF OFFICE:

The members of the board shall serve for terms of three (3) years, provided that in the appointment of the first board that the board of commissioners shall appoint one member for a term of one year, one for a term of two (2) years, and one for a term of three (3) years. (1980 Code § 2-243)
