A. Department Head: The head of the electric department shall be an officer entitled the general manager of Ponca City energy. This person shall be primarily responsible for daily operations of Ponca City energy. (1980 Code § 29-36; amd. 2003 Code)
B. Powers And Duties: The general manager of Ponca City energy shall have the supervision and control of the electric system, through the Ponca City utility authority, and such other powers and duties as may be prescribed by law, the city charter, the provisions of this code and city ordinance.
