2-2-2: FINANCE DIRECTOR, DUTIES:
The finance director shall supervise the city clerk's office, the utility billing office and the accounting department. The finance director shall serve as the city clerk and the city treasurer. (1980 Code § 2-115; amd. 2003 Code)
