2-1-2: CITY ATTORNEY 1 :
   A.   Department Head: The head of the department of law shall be an officer entitled city attorney. (1980 Code § 2-103)
   B.   Powers And Duties: The city attorney shall have such powers and duties as are prescribed by state law, the city charter, the provisions of this code and city ordinance. (1980 Code § 2-104)
