1-8-2: JURISDICTION:
The court shall exercise original jurisdiction to hear and determine all prosecutions wherein a violation of any provision of this code or ordinance of this city is charged, including any such prosecutions transferred to the court in accordance with applicable law. (1980 Code § 17)
