A. Regular Meetings: Regular meetings of the board of commissioners will be held at five thirty o'clock (5:30) P.M. on the second and fourth Monday of each month and at two o'clock (2:00) P.M. on the first and third Monday of each month in the commissioners room of the city hall or at such other locations as specified in the public notice of said meeting or as to which the commission may, from time to time, adjourn and reconvene.
B. Special Or Emergency Meetings: Special or emergency meetings may be held at any time and place in the city upon call by the mayor or any four (4) members of the board of commissioners.
C. Conformance With Statute: All meetings, whether regular, special or emergency, shall conform to requirements of the Oklahoma public meetings act 1 . (1980 Code § 2-16; amd. 2003 Code)
