A. Location Near School: It shall be unlawful for any medical marijuana dispensary which has been licensed by the Oklahoma Department of Health under title 63, section 421 of the Oklahoma Statutes and which has as its main purpose the retail selling of medical marijuana on the premises, to be located within one thousand feet (1,000') of any public or private school.
B. Measuring Distance: The distance indicated in this section shall be measured from the nearest property line of a medical marijuana dispensary to the nearest entrance to any public or private school. (Ord. 6258, 6-11-2018)
