A. Before such certificate is issued, a fee as established by resolution of the city commission shall be paid to the city for the builder's registration certificate.
B. Each certificate issued shall expire on June 30 of each year.
C. The annual renewal application, appropriate documentation and fees must be received by the city on or before July 1 and shall be considered surrendered if the certificate is not renewed within fifteen (15) days. (Ord. 6108, 10-26-2009)
