A. Compliance With Local And State Regulations: Except as herein provided, the construction of the improvements, the time and manner and payment of the assessments and the manner of payment of the contractor, and all other matters and things relating to the collection of assessments and installments thereof, and the certification and collection of delinquent assessments shall be as provided in the City Charter, and as provided by the laws of the State of Oklahoma in force at the time. B. Compliance With Plans And Specifications: All streets, curbs and/or gutters or sidewalks, or extensions and appurtenances thereto, and any other improvement within the City, shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications promulgated therefor by the City Engineer.
