9-1-4: PROTECTION OF VEHICLE LOAD:
It shall be unlawful for any person to operate trucks or other vehicles in such a manner as to distribute, scatter or strew the load or any portion of the load or contents thereof upon the streets of the city. (1980 Code § 30-2)
